The Five Star Eco City is a meticulously planned development spanning an impressive 653.78 hectares. The first phase alone boasts an investment of over 15 trillion VND, allocated across three distinct precincts: Lucky Land (39.5 hectares), Golden River (72 hectares), and Future Green (108.5 hectares). An esteemed team of architects from Italy, America, Singapore, and Vietnam collaborated on the project, intending to position Five Star Eco City as a premier eco-city in Vietnam.
